Once you have completed your booking and made your payment you will receive an email acknowledgement, this will include your full booking confirmation and receipt, by receiving this it not only gives you peace of mind but it allows you to ensure all details are correct.

Most Airlines require you to be ready to check in a minimum of 2 hours before your flight so please ensure you allow adequate time to get to the airport especially at peak times as unforeseen circumstances can occur and we cannot be liable for missed flights.

Our website indicates which vehicle can accommodate for how many passengers and how many pieces of luggage, we cannot be responsible if you have more luggage than the vehicle can fit as luggage on the seats is forbidden.

When booking a transfer from any UK Airport, please ensure you book for the correct day and time in UK zones and not departure date/time as our driver will need to pre-plan his journey. Also if you are informed of any delay whether it be 15 minutes to hours please inform us ASAP so we can inform our driver to not head to the Airport as we do not want wasted trips.

If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please do this ASAP via email or telephone, the more notice you give us the smoother the transfer will be. 

Price Increases

When making bookings for a transfer on certain days in the year, you will incur additional charges, these dates and rates are as follows:

24th December 18:00pm till 23:59pm 26th December

31st December 18:00pm till 23:59pm 1st January

Waiting time

When you organise a pick up from any UK airport you are provided with 1 hour free of charge to make your way out to the driver, any additional time after this is charged at a flat rate of 20 per hour. Pick up's from addresses are charged at 20 per hour from the scheduled pick up time.

Bridge Toll

If you are travelling via the chargeable bridge toll's the driver will collect this from you at the time of travel unless you specify when booking that you wish to pay this via card in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to accept booking cancellations with at least 24 hours notice with a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full, and you will not receive any refund for missed trips, where the passenger hasn't turned up for their pre-paid journey. We also require cancellation notices via telephone or in certain cases via email (if there is plenty of notice for this to be received).
